Developmental Playgroups
Age Group: 0-3 year
Our Developmental Playgroups are offered in 9 week sessions, with the next cycle running from January 10 – March 7, 2025. These playgroups are free of charge and are designed for children ages 12 to 36 months (or possibly younger) and their caregivers. Led by a trained facilitator, each session provides a structured, guided play environment tailored to meet the developmental needs of the children in the group. Koi Program
Age Group: 2-3 year olds
(born between 9/1/21 – 9/1/22 for 2024-2025 school year)
Our Koi program offers lots of open-ended play while incorporating guided structure and developmentally appropriate activities for 2 year olds. We support children’s social-emotional development by helping them to identify, understand, and manage their big feelings as they move from parallel play into cooperative play. A healthy snack is provided.
Sessions: Mondays-Thursdays 9 am – 1 pm
2024-2025 Tuition:
3 days/week: $725/month
4 days/week: $1000/month
Extended care avail T-Th 8:30-9am, 1-3pm
$15/hr contracted, $20/hr by reservation
Scholarships available to SF residents

Flying Fish Program
Age Group: 3-5 Years Old
(born before 9/1/21 for 2024-2025 school year)
Flying Fish is our half-day preschool program. Our play-based curriculum incorporates developmentally appropriate structure, emphasizing social-emotional learning and problem-solving alongside anti-bias education. Children are encouraged to follow their interests and deepen their understanding of the world through project-based learning. For children in their final year, kindergarten readiness is thoughtfully integrated into the curriculum. A healthy snack is provided.
As part of our Flying Fish Program, we also offer optional Nature Days three a week. Nature Days are spent immersed in the outdoors in a small group (up to nine children with a 1:3 ratio of adults to kids). Extended, uninterrupted time in nature helps build confidence and self-esteem, as well as creativity, collaboration and a connection to the natural world.
Sessions: 9am to 3pm, 3-5 days/week, on-campus and Nature Day (9am-1pm) option
